Alabama makes the slow and steady come back

The Florida Copperheads came out firing early as John Fuchs opened the scoring early followed up by Conrad Binetti who found a hungry school of Largemouth bass up in creek. Size was the issue as Copperheads lead with 10 fish for 158.25” to the Alabama Hammers’ 5 bass for 81.25”. The Hammers slowly but surely chipped away at lead and in the final hour took it for good.

Final: Alabama 180.50” to Copperheads 159.75”.

Hammers’ Jeremy Baker opened with a 19.50” to start day.

#24 John Fuchs and #11, Conrad Binetti, #13 Danny Gann and #61 Jason Starley represented the Copperheads for the event. Starley added a 16.25” Danny Gann caught a few but nothing upgraded what the Copperheads already had on the board.
